It is practice policy that all new patients are automatically opted in to receive communications from the practice, so we may keep in touch with you to better manage your health and wellbeing.  

Not only is it a quick and low-cost way for the NHS to contact patients, but it also saves them time waiting on the phone to get through to the Practice or having to visit the surgery.

However, if you do not wish to take up this free service, please complete and submit this form to opt out of allowing us to contact you by SMS text message, email or by leaving a message on your voice mail.
