Anything you discuss with any member of our surgery staff—whether a doctor, nurse, receptionist, or dispenser—is strictly confidential.
If you are under 16
Even if you are under 16, nothing you tell us will be shared with anyone else without your permission. This includes your parents, family members, care workers, or teachers.
The only exception: We will only consider sharing confidential information without your permission if we believe it is necessary to protect you or someone else from serious harm. If this happens, we will always try to discuss it with you first.
Speaking to us in private
If you want to talk about something private at the front desk, please let us know. We have a private side room in the reception area where you can speak with our receptionists or a member of our dispensary team.

· Who can see your record: Only doctors and staff who need to see your record to do their jobs have access to it.
· Training and the law: Every member of our team is fully trained in confidentiality and has a legal and contractual duty to keep your details private.
· Accuracy: Our team is responsible for ensuring your information is kept accurate and safe at all times.
